CANCELLATION POLICY
We charge a deposit at the time of booking. This booking deposit is refundable if you cancel at least one day before your scheduled moving date.
If you cancel on the day of your move, we will keep the deposit to pay your movers. This is out of respect of their time and their schedule. Please know that we do not profit any money on keeping your deposit, it goes directly to the movers that were assigned your move.

Razorback Moving Arrival Window:
Razorback Moving aims for punctuality. All bookings have a 60-minute arrival window. If we are delayed more than 30 minutes past the arrival window, known as the “grace period,” your move will be subject to a discount depending on the severity of the delay.
